Front Page Real Estate Search

Using a simple widget area called Property Search Sidebar that comes with your theme, you can implement the Property Sidebar search widget. This will allow you to put a front-end search right on your front page!

Call to Action Widget

You also get a call-to-action widget area in the Widgets section. Simply drag a text widget into the Header Call to Action area and enter the text that you would like to enter! The theme styles itself to make a compelling call-to-action, keeping people on your site and allowing them to take action or call your business from any page on the site!

Features of our Pro WordPress themes

Custom Branding

With Modern Estate Pro, you can upload a logo as well as change the text of the copyright area. All of these elements are easy to find in our theme options panel. The logo will replace the business text on the top of the page, so your brand identity is the first element that people see.

Do you want to remove our pesky name from the bottom of the website? You can do that with Modern Estate Pro, by navigating to the bottom of the Appearance > Theme Options > General tab.

Colors and Fonts

Our themes now tap into the customizer, so with the pro version of Modern Estate Pro, you get a good deal of options to tweak your color in a very custom way. Just go to Appearance > Customize with Modern Estate Pro installed for this functionality!

Additionally, Modern Estate Pro also gives you more options for beautiful default colors and default fonts, so make sure to check them out in the Theme Options section.

Showing and Hiding content

Many options are able to be hidden with Modern Estate Pro theme from the Theme Options tab. And, with our one-click child themes, you can learn to hide specific pieces of content that you want to hide using the power of CSS!

Support for Gravity Forms

Modern Estate Pro comes with support for Gravity Forms. With one line of code, it is easy to style a Gravity Form to look like the rest of your site. This means that the colors and fonts of your website will be mimicked when you create a Gravity Form (for contact) and place a form within your site. Gravity Forms is the most popular contact and request form plugin on WordPress.

Once you have purchased the theme, our team would be more than happy to provide you with the simple resources to create the proper styling.

Custom Scripts and Styles

Custom scripts and styles are also supported with our Pro Themes. If you are more code savvy, this means that you can easily add scripts to the header and footer of your website, right from within the WordPress back-end.
